What to expect during your visit

We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early for a tour of the private bath house, which includes infrared sauna, cold plunge, and shower stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Hydration is SUPER IMPORTANT! Please bring your own water bottle and refill as many times as needed with our en-suite water filtration system. Water bottles are available for purchase if needed.

Because your entire hour in the Bath House is 100% private, you can wear as much (or as little) as you’d like. We clean and sanitize the facilities before and after each reservation, but we do ask that you use the en-suite shower to rinse off prior to using the facilities. This helps us to keep it fresh and clean for everyone to enjoy.

Every infrared sauna and cold plunge reservation comes with full towel service, and is fully equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a hair dryer at no extra cost.

Our infrared sauna is also equipped with high tech chromotherapy (light therapy) that utilizes different colors for numerous health benefits. You will have the option to customize this chromotherapy to suit your health and wellness goals.

The sauna is preheated to 135°F and will allow you to adjust it for your own comfort level (120° - 155°F). The cold plunge is set to 54°F. 

Many people love the health benefits of ‘contrast therapy’ in which they alternate between sauna and cold plunge several times throughout their 60 minute reservation. A popular regimen is two cycles of 20 minutes in the sauna and 3 minutes in the cold plunge, with time left to shower and get dressed.  Have something better?
